A little over 4 years ago my husband and I traveled to Jacksonville on house hunting leave. We are both active duty Navy so our time was limited. Andria blocked her schedule and showed us almost 20 houses in 2 days without any rushing or pushing. Even though she seemed aloof when I was going over the pros and cons about the house we were leaning towards choosing, when we made the final decision, she said it was her favorite house too. She was careful not to bias us unless she thought there was a problem with the house, neighborhood or price. Andria helped us do what seemed like the impossible; buy a short sale. In February we contacted her to sell that house. When the first contact fell though due to buyer financing, Andria was not discouraged. She put it right back on the market, and even cleaned it up for us because we had already transferred duty stations to California. She was able to create a bidding war and sold the house for 20% more profit than we originally had it under contract for! Because she is part of a team, nothing gets missed and they are able to provide superior customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend the DeCastro and Erickson Team to my closest family and friends. If we end up back in Jacksonville, I would not hire anyone else!

Honestly it's hard to sum up just how amazing this team is. We absolutely love our new home and the experience we had buying it. All of our wants were taken into consideration when looking for a homeand had zero pressure. We had new emails everyday of possible homes that fit what we were looking for which made the process that much easier. If we needed anything answers were only a text or phone call away and quickly answered I might add. Leona was a take charge ball of fire to get things done to get our house sold in very quick order. She was a master at staging the house for viewing. She quickly adjusted pricing when needed to preclude the house languishing in the market (Prior to Leona I had the house with another realtor for 6 months with no action). Even though we were already out of state when the house was being sold, it posed no problem for her. I can't recommend Leona too much. She ought to be everybody's first choice for getting a house sold. She's the best !!

I love them both! We were looking for a nice house with land which is very difficult to find as most properties here are in tight subdivisions. They helped us so much to find our absolute dream house! It sure wasn't easy with short sales and foreclosures.
